West Bay Trading utilizes UPS Ground for all of our shipments.

Shipping Costs - Shipping to the contiguous United States is FREE for all items. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or APO/FPO.

Order Processing & Cancellations - Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Once the item has shipped it may take UPS 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for more accurate delivery times. West Bay Trading offices and warehouses are closed on weekends and nationally recognized holidays. We reserve the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds West Bay Trading has collected in reference to the cancelled products and/or services. West Bay Trading attempts to provide current and accurate information on its web sites, email and telephone communications. We do not, however, warrant that this information is correct, accurate or complete. Information communicated by West Bay Trading is not a contract, and should not be treated as such. The sole remedy of a customer acting on incorrect information is to request a cancellation of the order placed as a result of this incorrect information.

Delivery Time - Most orders take between three and five business days to ship based upon the item's availability. Once the order has shipped it may take UPS 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for more accurate delivery times. In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package. Rug pads may be sent in separate packaging.

Inspection - It is extremely important that you carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery, especially if it has been delivered via an LTL carrier. If the packaging is damaged or for any reason you suspect a problem, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the signature sheet. This will make resolving the issue much easier.
